CS. Archna Maheshwari is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India, a qualified Company Secretary having ICSI Membership no.
FCS 21469 & CP No. 12034. She has also completed her three years Law
Graduation (LL.B.) from University of D.A.V.V. and completed her graduation
from Gujarati College, Indore. She has a work experience of about 14 years out of
which 7 years have been completed as a Practicing Company Secretary. She had
a successful pre-practice work tenure of 7 years in one of the leading BSE/NSE
listed Pharma Companies of Indore. She has successfully undertaken and
completed the assignments of Takeovers, Mergers, Acquisitions, Winding-up
and Striking-off of the Companies, Secretarial Compliance Audits, Drafting of
Legal Agreements, Conversion of Proprietorship/ Partnership Firm into Private/
Public Companies, Formation of Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships
etc. She also has to her credit successful execution of secretarial compliance in
relation to IPOs of many SME Companies on the NSE Emerge Platform.
